November 28, 2005: What??

January 08, 2002: The first update of 2002... eight days in... couldn've been worse. A couple sites of note have gone up in the past few weeks. Fist, RetroKid finally launched. Already RK.com has provided us with new pics, news, and more... but with time, RK.com will have a gigantic library of shoes, new and old with in depth pictures. That's definitely something to look out for. Another site, Sneakerpimp.com, was pretty much the online place to get your Foamposite Retro's. JG and Ewayz have set up a great online store where you can order Retros, LE stuff, LUX line, and lots more. Check it out. Well, the update for today is Release Dates. So check 'em. Most of them are thanks to Nike Street and Nike Talk Peace.

December 17: Wow. October 30 was the last update. That's not supposed to happen. August 27: Been real busy, as usual, but within a few days, expect a Nice Jordan update. If you haven't already, pick up a copy of Slam magazine's 'Kicks.' Sneaker articles and lots of new pics make for tasty reading. And if you've been living under a rock for the past few months, the Air Jordan I's were re-retroed on the 25th (Black/Red and White/Navy/Silver retro+). Soon, I'll have a pair of each for sale (both size 10) so be on the look out.

July 30: Just a quick notice: GNW is not a shoe store. After the July 14th update, I recieved many e-mails wanting to buy all of the unreleased shoes I listed. The price next to the shoes is the retail price. I don't have any of these shoes, and the information I gave you is to help you buy whatever shoe you may want when the are released. If some of you had read the contact page, you would've read that GNW is not a shoe store... so please, no more e-mails wanting to buy shoes from me, because I don't have them. Now... within a few days, expect a real update.

June 26: This isn't a real update, but I just want to say thanks to all the support I've gotten from you Nike heads. I've gotten lots of positive feedback from you all, which really keeps me goin'. June 21: Well... here it is. The long awaited, much anticipated (cough, cough), brand spankin' new Greg's Nike World. I've gotten rid of the crap (site of the month, other shoes) and added the essentials (release dates and product numbers). In April, Tripod, my server (for almost three years) erased my whole account (don't worry Tripod, I ain't mad at ya... just really pissed). I'm not saying having to remake the site from scratch was a good thing, but I did realize that GNW did lack lots of much needed info. So, when I decided I would make a new GNW, I made sure I got as much new information as possible (not only pics, but release dates, product numbers, and prices as well). I've come back with a simple design, hopefully easy on the eyes and easy to navigate. Things aren't quite perfect yet, but I'll fix the little kinks here and there as time goes on. But I hope you like the new look. Have I succeeded? Have I failed? All I know is, GNW is here to stay... and that's the fact Jack. -Greg p.s. Big ups to MClilbit for the banner.
